After placing your order, look for an email in your inbox from 5-Knots indicating that your order has been shipped.
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
In some instances, 5-Knots offers are “pre-sales” where the brand does not ship us the products until after the sale has ended and we have placed a custom order. This process often extends ship times by a week or two and results in delivery within two-to-four weeks from your purchase date. If items are “in-stock” or “vendor-shipped”, orders are generally delivered within 5-10 business days from your purchase date. Please refer to information in the item description to see the estimated delivery time. Most orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
5-Knots charges flat fees between $4.99-$10.00 depending on items featured for shipping and handling. For some merchandise (oversized/overweight items or items valued over $200), additional fees may apply. In such situations, these fees will be noted before your transaction is complete in either the product description and/or the checkout process.
If possible, you will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. This tracking number will help you monitor the delivery status of your order.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Please note that for security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5-Knots currently only charges sales tax on orders shipped to members who reside in California (where we have a physical presence - it's required by law).
